岗位职责：
1、专职负责医务室项目运营，管理现场医疗服务团队；
2、协助项目经理，完善医务室工作流程，服务标准，维持医务室的工作正常秩序；
3、负责医务室资源的调动及安排，参与组织、策划与实施各类健康活动；
4、积极沟通，落实各项业务的开展，负责与各相关部门的协调工作，及时处理突发事件与重要投诉，做出相应的方案和决策；
5、负责数据汇总，月报输出，供给单位汇报。
职业健康相关
1、负责与体检单位的对接，体检名单的整理，发布通知，回收报告，登记建档；
2、学习能力强，提供培训教学需快速了解熟悉职业健康相关制度，流程标准，体检项目，职业病防治，职业健康档案管理。参考《职业健康监护技术规范（GBZ188）》。

任职要求：
1.教育背景：学历全日制大专及以上；
2.资质证书：临床医学专业毕业，护理专业毕业，健康管理专业毕业，或职业健康相关证书（45001体系内审员证书）；
3. 工作经验：1年以上单位，运营、职业健康等管理经验；
4. 技能能力：语言表达与沟通协调能力强；具有优秀的文书书写、数据处理、应用office办公软件的能力；
5.其他要求：团队协调能力强，积极主动的工作态度，可独立完成任务的能力；具有一定的工作稳定性及良好的心理素质与工作承受能力；具有高度的责任心及保密意识。

上班时间：
1、工作时间：周一至周五上班（9:00-18:00）节假日双休
2、薪资：税前8-10K
