岗位职责：
1、负责Java开发，flink流式开发，前端页面开发等；
2、根据需求文档进行相关需求设计，设计文档编写；
3、根据详细设计文档进行相关功能研发；
4、核心技术：精通Java，对Java设计模型了解，对Java反射等理论知识了解，理解Java多线程及其应用，熟悉SpringCloud等基础框架并了解其底层实现，熟练使用React/Vue前端框架；
5、对常用中间件以及大数据组件有一定的理解：熟练使用mysql、postgres数据库，熟悉zookeeper，redis等相关no-sql，es等全文检索数据库，kafka等队列服务，logstash等数据迁移工具，flink流式计算工具，hive等离线计算，doris、ck等分析型数据库，对相关中间件有运维经验者优先；
6、熟悉分布式、高并发框架，熟练操作Linux系统，编写相关shell脚本；
7、熟练运用Cursor、Claude Code等AI辅助编程工具。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机/电子相关专业；
2、有运营商行业开发经验；
3、工作积极主动，具备较强的责任感和解决复杂问题的能力；
4、自我学习能力强，能够承受较大的工作压力；
5、具备高度的工作责任感，良好的沟通、表达能力，富有亲和力；
6、遵纪守法，遵守公司规章制度，服从领导的工作安排。
