一、岗位职责

二、任职要求
1、基础要求
（1）全日制硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3年以上Java服务端全职开发经验；
（2）精通Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis、Spring MVC等主流框架，理解其核心实现原理；
（3）熟悉MySQL等关系型数据库，具备SQL优化与索引设计能力；
（4）熟悉Redis缓存机制及应用场景；
（5）熟练使用Maven、Git等开发工具，熟悉Linux系统常用操作指令，具备服务器部署、日志分析及问题排查能力；
（6）有云服务器（如华为云、阿里云）运维经验，了解容器化部署（Docker/K8s）者优先；
（7）熟悉大数据生态工具（如Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink等），熟悉大模型的部署和使用。
2、业务能力
（1）具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能快速理解业务需求并输出可落地的技术方案；
（2）逻辑清晰，注重代码质量，熟悉单元测试与代码规范，具备团队协作与沟通能力；
（3）根据业务需求完成数据采集、清洗、存储及分析，支持运营决策。
3、加分项
（1）有小程序服务端开发经验，熟悉微信生态接口或跨端开发框架；
（2）有中大型商城系统开发经验，熟悉订单、支付、库存、促销等核心交易链路；
