岗位职责：
1. 参与公司核心业务系统的设计、开发和维护，确保系统高性能、高可用性；
2. 负责Python服务的开发，包括需求分析、模块设计、编码实现及单元测试；
3. 优化现有系统架构，提升代码质量；
4. 与产品、测试、前端等团队协作，确保项目按时高质量交付。

岗位要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，熟练使用 Python 3.10+进行编码，*低1-2年工作经验
2.会用 java +springboot 进行基础业务开发。
3. 熟练 FastAPI/Flask，理解RESTful设计、错误码与异常处理规范。
4. 掌握异步编程（asyncio）与I/O模型，理解同步/异步的取舍与实践。
5. 了解SQLAlchemy、Alembic、数据库索引与SQL调优；掌握Redis常见用法。
6. 具备基础前端能力：HTML/JavaScript/Vue，Python GUI。
7.熟悉常用的网络协议，如 HTTP、TCP/IP 等。
