岗位职责
负责数据中台核心模块的设计、开发与维护，确保系统的高可用性与扩展性。
参与分布式系统架构的设计与优化，解决高并发场景下的技术难题。
负责数据的处理与存储方案设计，保障数据的一致性与安全性。
配合前端及算法团队完成接口对接，优化系统性能与响应速度。
编写高质量的技术文档，参与代码评审，提升团队整体代码质量。
任职要求
学历与经验：
计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
3年以上Java后端开发经验，有大型分布式系统或数据中台开发经验者优先。
Java基础：
精通Java编程语言，熟悉JVM原理、内存模型及多线程编程。
熟悉常用设计模式，具备良好的面向对象编程思想。
数据库：
精通达梦，Mysql等数据库，具备优秀的SQL编写及调优能力。
熟悉Redis、MongoDB等非关系型数据库的使用及原理。
大数据组件：
熟悉Hadoop、Hive、HBase、Spark、Flink等大数据生态组件中至少一种。
具备海量数据处理经验，了解数据仓库建模理论。
中间件与框架：
熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流开发框架。
熟悉消息队列（如Kafka、RocketMQ）的使用场景及原理。
熟悉分布式缓存、分布式锁、分布式事务等解决方案。
其他：
熟悉Linux操作系统及常用命令，掌握Docker容器化技术。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
