职位描述：
1、负责Python 后端服务开发，接口设计、业务实现、数据处理与 API 服务维护。
2、参与Web 前后端开发与联调，完成页面交互、接口对接、功能调试与问题解决。
3、负责C++/Qt 客户端 / 工具模块开发、调试、优化，实现功能与界面逻辑。
4、在Linux 系统下完成服务部署、运行、日志排查、性能调优与线上问题定位。
5、参与需求评审、方案设计，编写开发文档、接口文档与部署文档。
6、负责数据库设计、SQL 编写与优化，提升系统稳定性与响应速度。
7、配合团队完成版本迭代、测试验证、发布上线与故障处理。
8、跨模块协同，保证后端服务、Web 页面、客户端工具正常集成与运行。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，1 年以上相关开发经验。
2、熟悉 Python 后端开发，掌握常用 Web 框架（Flask/Django/FastAPI 任一即可）。
3、有 Web 前后端开发经验，能完成前后端联调与接口开发。
4、熟悉 C++/Qt，能使用 Qt 进行客户端 / 工具软件开发与调试。
5、熟练使用 Linux 操作系统，熟悉 Linux 常用命令、服务部署与环境配置。
6、了解数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL 等）、Git、接口文档工具。
7、具备良好的编码习惯、问题排查能力与团队沟通能力。
