一、岗位职责
1.参与基于JAVA技术的应用系统开发；
2.参与概要设计、详细设计，并负责完成核心代码；
3.参与项目技术选型与架构讨论；
4.各类应用系统模块设计与开发，以及相关设计文档编写和整理；
5.负责重难点技术问题的研究及解决；
6.能较好的配合同事完成其他工作。
二、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件等相关专业；
2.三年以上java研发和软件设计经验，熟悉常用数据结构、算法和设计模式，有良好的编码习惯；
3.熟悉常见软件架构风格，参与过大中型项目的架构设计及核心功能开发工作，有良好的系统规划能力；
4.精通Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis、Hibernate等开源框架；
5.熟悉mysql、oracle等数据库使用、设计，熟悉sql调优机制；
6.熟练掌握Tomcat等应用服务器、Nginx等负载均衡软件；
7.熟悉缓存技术，使用过Redis/Memcache/Mongodb等常见nosql数据库之一；
8.具备系统核心算法的设计及优化能力；
9.具备良好的表达能力、团队意识、合作能力和高度的责任心，有较强的创新意识。
