4、具有前后端分离开发思想、Restful API实际项目经验；熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和实现；
5、良好的代码规范，熟悉常用设计模式及其使用场景
6、具备扎实的JAVA编程基础，熟悉Java基础技术体系（包括JVM、类装载机制、多线程并发、IO、网络等）；
7、具有较强的团队意识，高度的责任感，对工作积极严谨，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题。
8、思路清晰，具备良好的沟通能力和理解能力，能够与需求部门良好沟通，并根据业务需求设计合理模型。
