职位描述:
1、构架、研发、设计、完成产品开发，以及日常维护、升级管理；
2、保证产品的安全稳定性；
3、进行产品整体架构设计和核心模块的详细设计、开发和优化，负责指导开发团队成员理解设计文档、掌握开发技术等；
4、从市场和客户需求出发，不断优化和升级对外业务平台，达成公司的线上业务运营目标
5、对项目开发流程、项目质量和项目开发进度的规划、控制、监督和管理；
任职要求：
1、计算机、软件工程、信息管理相关学习经历；
2、3年以上IT项目或互联网项目技术开发经验，有团队管理经验优先；
3、熟悉互联网领域主流技术框架，熟悉技术解决方案性能优化，有极强的分析、统筹能力，能较快的针对业务需求架构除高性能的解决方案；
4、精通Java面向对象编程，Spring cloud架构，熟悉各种中间件技术；
5、掌握分布式技术，对高可用、高并发、高性能的应用解决方案较好的；对于模块化软件开发有效好的解决方案和经验；
6、具备持续不断的在职学习能力，有互联网思维，针对各种需求制定解决方案，并解决技术难点要点。
有 ai 智能体开发经验优先。
