（二）工作职责
1. 参与保险业务流程优化或建设相关项目的架构设计及评审，结合业务需求与技术趋势，制定合理的系统架构方案，确保系统的稳定性、可扩展性与安全性。
2. 负责项目相关模块的开发工作，基于
Java 语言进行系统开发，遵循微服务架构理念，根据业务合理拆分服务、合理分层，保证代码质量与开发效率。
3. 关注系统性能优化与系统质量保证，分析系统性能瓶颈，提出并实施优化方案；参与代码审查、测试计划制定等工作，提升系统质量。
4. 负责数据存储相关开发工作，使用
Redis 实现数据缓存存储、MongoDB 实现特殊数据存储，确保数据存储的高效性与可靠性。
5. 运用 RabbitMQ、RocketMQ 等消息队列进行系统间通讯开发，保障系统间数据传输的稳定性与及时性；基于关系型数据库 TiDB 进行数据相关开发与维护。
6. 具有互联网思维，随时关注新技术的研究，具备快速应用能力，将合适的新技术引入项目开发中，提升项目技术水平与开发效率。
（三）任职要求
1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业。
2. 技术要求：精通基于 Java 的系统架构设计、软件技术封装；熟练掌握微服务架构相关技术（如 Spring Cloud、Dubbo 等）；精通 Redis、MongoDB、RabbitMQ、RocketMQ、TiDB 等数据库与中间件的使用；熟悉保险行业相关技术规范与开发标准。
3. 能力要求：具备较强的技术调研能力、问题解决能力与创新能力；具备良好的团队协作能力与沟通能力，能参与技术方案讨论与评审，推动技术落地。
4. 项目经验：有大型保险项目开发经验者优先，尤其是车险核心系统开发经验丰富者优先。
