关键任职资格Key Competencies:职位目标综述Overall Purpose of Job
1. 全球资金管理协助，包括但不限于全球流动性管理， 全球融资支持，全球账户管理，公司间资金拆借，保险、资本优化结构等
Assist in global treasury management, including but not limited to global liquidity management, global financing support, global account management, intercompany funding, Insurance，capital structure optimization etc.
2. 英纳法全球相关资金报告，股东关于资金报告的反馈，及资金相关政策流程整理优化
Prepare Inalfas global treasury reports, respond to shareholder feedback regarding treasury reports,ganize optimize treasury-related policies processes.
3. 内外监管、控制以及银行相关要求
Ensure compliance with internal external regulations, controls, bank-related requirements.
主要职责-列出主要工作任务：
• 支持进一步制定资金管理政策与流程
Supporting in further defining Global treasury policies streamline the treasury related processes;
• 支持总部资金实现高效的融资、流动性及银行架构
Supporting Global SM in achieving efficient financing liquidity banking structures ;
• 区域及工厂财务团队协调，及时响应股东关于资金管理尤其是汇报方面的要求
Coordinating with Region/Plants finances to promptly respond to shareholder requests regarding treasury particially in the treasury reports；
• 确保符合内外部监管要求、控制措施、KYC要求及银行要求
Ensuring internal external regulatory compliance, control Bank requirements;
• 监控和管理全球现金及流动性状况
Monitoring controlling of global cash liquidity position;
• 按照可用信贷及融资安排，编制短期、中期及长期现金与流动性预测，分析、理解并改进差异
Preparing consolidated Global short-, mid- long-term cash liquidity forecasts also in relation to available credit funding facilities. Analyze, understimprove the variances;
• 管理集团间公司资金拆借
Management of intercompany group funding portfolio;
• 依据业务的需求管理全球银行账户
Management of Global bank accounts in accordance with necessary business needs;
• 全球保险事项的协助
Assiting in Global Insurance follow-ups
• 协助推动特定资金项目的执行
Assiting in facilitating certain treasury projects;
• 为英纳法资金管理职能的持续发展举措做出贡献
Contributing to further development initiatives of the treasury function of Inalfa.；
关键任职资格Key Competencies:
• 至少3年工作经验， preferably 在相关国际企业环境中工作过
Minimum of 2 3-4 years of work experiences, preferably in a relevant international corporate environment;
• 出色的分析能力
Excellent analytical skills;
• 精力充沛且具有进取心的团队合作者
Energetic ambitious team player;
• 良好的组织能力和主动性
Wellganized self-started;
• 熟练使用全套MS Office办公软件， preferably 有资金管理系统、ERP及合并/报告软件包的操作经验
Experience in full suite of MS Office as well as preferably treasury management systems, ERP consolidation/reporting software packages;
• 具备优秀的英语沟通能力，包括书面和口语
Strong communication skills in English, both writtenal.
学历与经验Education Experience:
经济、会计、工商管理、国际金融或相关专业学士或硕士学位
Bachelor/Master Degree in Economic, Accounting Business Administration, International Finance equivalent;
拥有注册资金管理专业人士（CTP）资格者优先
Certified Treasury Professional designation is preferred;；
