●性能优化与问题解决：
●对现有系统进行性能调优，提升数据处理效率和系统稳定性。
●快速定位并解决生产环境中的技术问题，确保系统平稳运行。
●技术创新与研究：
●跟踪GIS、遥感和分布式计算领域的*新技术趋势，推动技术落地。
●参与关键技术选型和技术方案评审，为团队提供专业指导。

任职要求：
●教育背景：
计算机科学、地理信息系统、测绘、遥感科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
英语水平CET-4及以上，具备阅读英文文档的能力。
●工作经验：
5年以上后端开发经验，其中至少3年专注于地理信息、遥感或空间大数据。
●技术技能：
熟练掌握Java或Scala语言；
熟悉GeoTools、JTS等常用GIS库；
熟悉PostGIS，熟悉相关函数及用法，了解空间索引等基础组件；
熟悉Spring Boot等常用Java开发框架，熟练使用Docker、K8s等常用部署技术；
熟悉并熟练使用GeoServer、QGIS或ArcGIS等常用地理信息系统；熟悉OGC常用地理信息服务标准；

●加分项：
熟悉Python，熟悉GDAL、Shaply等Python框架；
熟悉Spark或Flink，熟悉Apache Sedona（GeoSpark）、GeoTrellis等框架;
有TDEngine或者其他时序数据库经验；
●其他能力：
强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，能够独立完成任务并协同多部门工作。
