岗位职责
1、负责工厂MES制造执行系统落地、运维、优化，对接工业机器人、自动化产线完成设备联网、数据采集、工单下发、生产追溯、数据看板等数字化功能搭建。
2、对接机器人产线、PLC、工控设备，完成MES与自动化设备之间接口调试、通讯对接，打通设备层与上层信息化系统的数据链路。
3、梳理车间生产业务流程，把现场业务需求转化为MES系统功能，处理工单、工艺、质量、设备等模块问题，输出方案、测试、记录文档。
4、负责MES系统日常问题排查、版本优化、权限管理，处理产线数字化运行故障，保障生产数据真实完整，支撑车间智能制造升级。
5、配合完成产线数字化改造，参与车间数据统计分析、报表输出，对接生产、设备等部门做使用培训与问题跟进。
任职要求
1、自动化、工业工程、机电、计算机等相关专业，熟悉工业机器人产线、车间自动化现场业务流程。
2、有MES系统实施、运维或项目落地经验，懂机器人产线和MES对接，了解生产工单、工艺、设备数据采集业务逻辑。
3、了解基础数据库操作，会基础SQL优先；熟悉工业通讯协议、设备接口调试，能做系统与机器人/PLC对接调试优先。
4、能适应车间现场工作，具备需求梳理、问题排查能力，动手能力强，善于跨部门沟通协作，做事严谨负责。
5、有工厂数字化、智能制造项目经验，了解SCADA、WMS等系统者优先。
