5、有高速信号和射频信号实际项目设计经验，按照项目要求，有低成本设计方案能力；
6、了解信号完整性、电源完整性和EMC&EMI，能完成相关信号线、电源仿真或者优先；
7、对于生产可制造性、PCB或者PCBA单板工艺有一定了解，如ICT/FCT;
