岗位职责：
1、协同销售团队对接大客户，精准捕捉客户痛点深度挖掘业务需求，输出解决方案框架
2、项目全周期管理，识别项目风险，制定应急预案。
3、负责售前方案讲解，推动售中和售后按照项目目标和结果，制定行动计划并指示
4、协助客户提升产品使用能力，通过良好的项目执行效果保障不断提升客户满意度，维护良好的客户关系；
5、同时协同管理多个项目（10个以上），

岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，光学、自动化、计算机、电子等理工科相关专业。
2.至少5年以上工作经验，机器视觉行业优先
3.敏锐的商业意识，良好的客户需求分析、挖掘能力，有较强的项目管理能力和经验。
4.对工作充满热情，富有创新精神，有较强的客户服务意识，承压能力强，能适应经常出差。
