岗位职责
1.制定和调整原料年（月）度采购计划，参与部门年度工作目标制定，管理原料需求，把控采购项目，保障材料供应并控制成本，满足公司战略需求;
2.分析材料市场行情，制定并回顾品类采购策略，管控预算成本，落实寻源工作，实现保供、降本和品质提升;
3.签订原料合同，协助材料交付，处理到货异常，确保供应流程顺畅，满足公司生产需求;
4.负责供应商准入、日常管理、绩效评估及风险管控，建立合规、高效、稳定的供应体系;
5.制定采购流程制度，确保采购工作合规高效;
6.推进业务信息化和标准化，协同搭建数据库，参与采购信息化平台建设，提升采购管理效率.
任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历，化学、化工类相关专业;
2. 1 年以上化工行业采购、研发或项目管理经验优先，熟悉行业运作模式;
3. 具备 TCO 及成本分析、数据分析能力，英语口语及书写流利;
4. 熟悉采购流程，能高效开展采购工作;
5. 工作积极主动，抗压、沟通及谈判能力强，能应对复杂工作挑战。
