我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的 Java 服务端开发工程师，主攻AI业务中台/Agent基础设施方向，参与构建高可用、可扩展的核心业务系统，并为 AI Agent 提供标准化、安全可控的业务能力接口。

核心职责：
1、负责基于 Java / Spring Boot 的业务系统设计与开发，实现核心业务流程、规则引擎、权限控制与状态流转；
设计并维护对内/对外的 RESTful 或 RPC 接口，确保接口具备幂等性、安全性与可审计性；
2、负责数据库模型设计（MySQL / PostgreSQL），保障数据一致性、事务完整性及系统高性能；
处理高并发、异常容错、故障恢复等稳定性问题；
3、与 AI 团队协作，定义 AI Agent 可调用的业务边界、权限策略，并为其行为提供规则兜底与风控约束；

任职要求：
必须具备：
1、精通 Java，熟悉 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 生态；
2、熟悉 MySQL、Redis、消息队列（如 RocketMQ / Kafka）；
3、深入理解微服务架构、接口设计原则与分布式系统基础；
4、具备真实生产环境系统开发与上线经验。

加分项：
熟悉领域驱动设计（DDD）；
有复杂中后台系统、ERP 或业务平台开发经验；
了解 AI / Agent 的基本工作原理及集成方式。
