Founded in May 2015, DreamPlus Co-working Space is an internet company that productizes office spaces without owning any property. Currently, DreamPlus operates 4 co-working sites in Beijing, where over 600 entrepreneurs work in spaces located in Wangjing, Jianguomen, Yonghegong, and Baiziwan. By the end of 2015, 6 more office sites will be opened, totaling 15,000 square meters, for companies, startup teams, and freelancers. In 2016, DreamPlus will expand to more first-tier cities.

DreamPlus Co-working Space enhances office quality and creativity through internet technology. It is not just a modern office space but also a warm community. Through our independently developed smart office system, colleagues can handle all office-related matters with just a mobile phone: access control, meeting room booking, event space reservation, WiFi password, and more.

The three founders of DreamPlus—Li Wenlei, Wen Mengfei, and Wang Xiaolu—are all serial entrepreneurs. Li Wenlei and Wen Mengfei previously had their company acquired by an Israeli listed company for $80 million, while Wang Xiaolu holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Tsinghua University and an MBA from the French Engineer School. After graduation, he worked in strategic consulting and PE investment before starting his own business in 2011.

The management team of DreamPlus comes from the entrepreneur community, so they understand the needs of entrepreneurs. They provide each入驻 partner with various corporate services such as legal, social security, financial, recruitment, and life services like food delivery and cleaning, allowing them to focus on company development without distraction.

DreamPlus is committed to creating a work community where entrepreneurs can exchange ideas and spark collaboration. Entrepreneurs interact and cooperate, breaking the traditional concept of each entrepreneur being isolated. Every small step taken by each enterprise is a big step for the DreamPlus family.
