任职要求：

2.经验要求：
o具有3年以上Java开发经验，至少主持或参与过2个ERP、MES、MOM等系统开发项目；
o熟悉离散制造业业务流程（如进销存、生产计划、排产、报工、物料管理、工艺管控、质量管理等）；
3.技术能力：
o熟练掌握Java、Spring、SpringBoot、MyBatis等主流开发框架；
o熟悉MySQL/Oracle等数据库设计与优化，具备SQL调优能力；
o了解前端技术（如Vue、React）及微服务架构者优先；
o具备良好的系统设计能力和代码规范意识；
4.综合素质：
o逻辑清晰，具备较强的业务理解与分析能力；
o具备团队协作精神，能承担项目压力，主动推进问题解决；
