任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，具有SMT工厂工作经验，有3年以上驻厂以及SMT焊接维修或失效分析相关的工作经验。
2.熟练运用5大工具及相关品质工具&方法，熟悉IATF16949，VDA6.3和VDA6.5要求。
3.有主导完整的汽车项目经验，熟悉汽车产品各阶段的品质管控要求。
4.制定详细的失效分析方案与实施计划
5.设计和制作专用的失效分析工具
6.新产品试作，功能认证等过程的失效样品分析
7.对生产过程中和客户使用过程中确认失效的产品制定失效分析方案，并负责任务的实施
8.负责公司失效分析的手段维护
9.负责失效分析的数据收集和分析，协调失效分析过程提出的纠正预防措施实施
10.向客户（内部或外部）提供8D报告

岗位职责：
1.品质目标：PPAP&APQP提交准确和准时率，汽车客户online PPM,客户IQC LRR，客户CAR,RMA回复和处理满足客户品质要求，达到和超出客户预期质量标准。
2.协助公司管理团队执行品质相关政策/流程/过程。
3.管理和协调现场的实际检验工作，和现场的制造部门，设备和工艺工程部门合作。培训和认证检汽车项目的检验员和领班。
4.负责外部异常反馈的改善，验证改善措施的有效性。
5.内部汽车产品质量相关数据的分析和持续改善
6.及时、主动完成上级领导交办的各项任务。
