职位要求：
1.具有1年及以上开发经验，有电商、O2O、支付清结算、收费、银行交易等系统开发经验者优先考虑；
2.Java基础扎实，熟悉io、多线程、集合等基础框架，或者精通银行框架系统，对JVM原理有一定的了解，能熟练使用spring、springMVC、mybatis、dubbo等技术；
3.熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，有分布式系统开发经验；深入理解RPC通信框架、分布式任务调度、分布式事务、消息队列等技术；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题；
4.掌握Linux操作系统和大型数据库；有较强的分析设计能力和方案整合能力；
5.有较强的抗压能力，具备良好的自学能力和独立解决问题能力，有较好团队合作能力意识；
6.对互联网或J2EE应用开发的潮流有关注，喜欢尝试技术等。
