岗位职责
1.负责漫剧 / 短剧 APP 后端核心服务的架构设计、功能开发与迭代维护，保障服务高可用与高性能；
2. 负责运营、投放、内容管理等后台系统的开发与优化，支撑业务高效运转；
3. 主导支付、订阅、广告等商业化模块后端开发，保障变现链路稳定通畅；
4. 参与需求评审与技术方案落地，排查线上问题，持续优化系统性能与安全性。
任职要求
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先；
2. 5 年 + Java 后端开发经验，精通 Java 基础，熟练掌握 Spring Boot/Spring Cloud 等主流微服务框架；
3. 熟悉 MySQL/Redis/MongoDB 等中间件，精通 SQL 优化、索引设计、缓存策略（缓存穿透 / 击穿 / 雪崩解决方案），有高并发场景实战经验
熟悉消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）、分布式事务、分布式锁等核心技术，能独立解决分布式系统中的复杂问题；
4. 有支付 / 订阅 / 广告等商业化模块开发经验，熟悉主流支付渠道（微信 / 支付宝）、广告 SDK 集成或订阅体系设计，漫剧 / 短剧 / 视频类项目经验优先；
5. 具备良好的架构设计能力、问题排查能力，熟悉 Git等开发协作工具；
6. 责任心强、自驱力足，抗压能力佳，具备高效跨团队沟通协作能力。
