Job Description：
Interfaces with development supplier engineering to provide materials components fcompany product manufacturing. Communicates product specifications to suppliers assesses supplier’s ability to meet engineering quality requirements. Evaluates suppliers’ internal functions to assess their overall performance provides feedback in assessment of their operation. Qualifies suppliers according to company standards may administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness. Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle communicates resolves supplier-related problems as they occur. Develops prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) quality standards are met.
Requirement:
Typical Education Experience: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical automation Engineering (Electrical Engineering) 5 years of related experience master’s degree with 3 years of related experience. Experience in mechanical design work is preferred.
Basic skills knowledge: Good communication skills; Be good at speaking, writing reading in English; Familiar with Quality Management System standards requirements, can assist supplier in the establishment maintenance of quality management system; The ability to independently review engineering drawings to understpart quality technical requirements. Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Power BI, Power automation. Experience with equivalent ERP product productivity software desired.
Other expected skills knowledge: Specialize in basic quality tools using to analyze quality data; Understthe principles of electrical mechanical inspection, basic measurement tools inspection methods; Have a professional understanding of the manufacturing performance of one more material types (electrical). Medical device background is preferred.
Certifications Training: Qualified Quality System Internal Auditor, ISO9000 ISO13485 Lead AuditTraining Certificate is preferred; 6 Sigma Green Belt above certificate is preferred.
Others: With spirit of teamwork good self-management skills; can solve a wide range of problems in a creative way can independently judge deal with solve a wide range of complex problems in a creative way based on the relevant information of different situations data.
