岗位职责:

任职要求：
1、5年及以上Java项目开发经验，扎实的基本功底，较强的编码能力,关注技术的更新迭代，以及较强的owner意识。
2、技术思路清晰，结构化思维清晰，具备较强的问题排查能力，并给出有效的解决措施和方法;
3、精通MySQL和NoSql数据库;
4、熟练使用SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybatis、Kafka等，熟悉Java多线程技术; 熟悉常用设计模式;
5、熟悉分布式锁，消息缓存机制等，对高可用，高并发及高性能，服务治理和业务监控方案有一定经验;
6、对数字敏感，有支付、金融、Web3等行业研发经验优先;
6、对Flink、doris，neo4j有实际研发经验优先。
