Job Responsibilities：
The Development Engineer is to drive innovation, integration, technical delivery across our enterprise platforms. This role is central to translating business needs scalable technical solutions, managing critical system integrations, leveraging cutting-edge tools—including AI-assisted development—to accelerate delivery improve efficiency.
1.Platform Development & Maintenance
-Execute development customization on enterprise platforms.
-Design, build, maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, data integrations to support operational strategic needs.
2.Application Integration & System Architecture
-Lead the design implementation of application-to-application integrations across internal external systems.
-Develop manage APIs, webhooks, middleware solutions to ensure seamless data flow system interoperability.
3.Solution Design & Delivery
-Collaborate with business stakeholders site teams to gather requirements translate them technical specifications deliverable solutions.
-Deliver scalable, secure, maintainable software solutions in alignment with business priorities timelines.
4.AI-Augmented Development
-Utilize AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development cycles.
-Review, refine, validate AI-generated code fquality, security, performance.
5.Third-Party Project Management
-Manage end-to-end delivery of projects involving external vendors contractors, including scope definition, milestone tracking, risk assessment, quality assurance.
-Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams third-party developers service providers.
6.Continuous Improvement
-Identify opportunities to optimize existing systems, automate processes, improve development efficiency using modern tools practices.

Job Requirements：
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical field.
2.Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
Proven experience with enterprise reporting integration platforms (e.g., Fine Report, CEDL, Hub Grade, similar).
3.Demonstrated experience in managing third-party development projects, including vendcoordination deliverable oversight.
4.Proficient in relevant programming languages, with Python preferred (such as Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
5.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements technical solutions.
