【工作内容】
- 根据市场预测和订单需求，制定PC生产计划，确保生产进度与交付目标的达成，并协调内部各部门完成公司发货任务。
- 负责物料需求计划的编制与执行，结合生产计划进行物料计划的制定，监控物料到货情况，及时发现并预警交付异常问题。
- 管控物料齐套进度，确保产线生产所需物料及时到位，同时避免因物料积压导致的呆滞库存产生。
- 制定呆滞物料消耗计划及呆滞库存消耗方案，推动库存周转效率提升，降低企业仓储成本。
- 负责日常部门信息的统计与分析，包括生产进度、物料状态、库存数据等，为管理层提供决策支持。
- 协助完成ERP系统（金蝶系统）的数据录入与维护，确保系统数据准确性和实时性。
- 配合其他部门完成与生产计划、物料管控相关的临时任务，保障整体运营顺畅。
【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历，专业不限，有汽车零部件行业相关工作经验者优先；
- 具备3年及以上PMC或相关岗位工作经验，熟悉生产计划、物料需求计划、物料管控流程；
- 熟悉ERP系统（金蝶）操作，具备良好的数据分析能力；
- 具备较强的责任心、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
