We seek a globally minded UX Design Lead with deep expertise in intelligent hardware companion apps to own end-to-end UX across premium sports product lines. You will define a cohesive hardware + software interaction language build a scalable UX design system that elevates luxury usability emotional connection.
Responsibilities
1. BrAesthetics & Visual Leadership: Lead full-scenario visual creation fintelligent optical hardware matching software, building a hardware-software integrated high-end aesthetic system. Define the brands visual language establish a unified, premium visual standard design asset system.
2. Aesthetic Innovation & Execution: Monitglobal user aesthetic trends scenario experiences. Rooted in braesthetics, intuitive UI, compelling brvisuals, emotional motion effects. Deliver high-precision refinement in color, layout, information hierarchy, dynamic rhythm.
3. Interaction Standardization: Oversee the standardization of product interaction experiences. Streamline software-hardware operational links interaction logic, establish concise unified interaction paradigms, achieve a seamless symbiosis between visual art experiential logic.
4. Cross-functional Execution: Drive design reviews, iterations, implementation through cross-functional collaboration. Maintain rigorous quality control, resolve project bottlenecks, manage the full design lifecycle from concept to production.
5. Product Review & Methodology: Review iterate the visual experience of existing products, accumulate aesthetic design methodologies, continuously elevate the visual overall experiential texture of the products.
Requirements：
1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree above in a design-related major, with 5+ years of lead design experience in smart hardware high-end consumer electronics. Must have a proven track record of successfully launched, mass-produced projects.
2. Technical & Design Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Axure, After Effects. Mastery of full-link visual creation, component systems, specification architecture. Possess mature user experience (UX) thinking interaction mapping skills; experience in hardware-software integrated design is preferred.
3. Aesthetic Vision & Detailientation: Forward-thinking aesthetic vision with obsessive attention to detail. Capable of independently creating scaling a high-end product aesthetic system from scratch.
4. Pragmatic Innovation: A balance of artistic sensibility execution mindset, capable of reconciling visual innovation, user experience, engineering constraints with independent creative thinking innovation capacity.
5. Project Management & Collaboration: Excellent project management cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to efficiently drive design iteration the adoption of aesthetic standards while safeguarding the ultimate design quality.
6. Bonus Qualifications: Experience in globalized hardware optical smart product design, recipients of international design awards.
