【岗位职责】
1. 负责后端系统的设计、开发与维护，具备扎实的后台服务搭建经验；

3. 熟悉 Dify、n8n 等流程编排工具，能够独立设计与实现业务流程；
4. 了解大模型的基本原理与应用场景，能够编写和优化 Prompt；
5. 负责模型训练数据的整理与构建，包括但不限于网络爬取、数据清洗、大模型生成微调数据等；
6. 与产品、算法团队协作，推动智能化功能在业务场景落地。
【岗位要求】
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2. 2 年以上实际工作经验；
3. 精通 Python，有扎实的后端开发基础（FastAPI、Django、Flask 任一即可）；
4. 熟悉数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis 等）及常用后端架构；
5. 熟悉智能体体系，了解 Dify、n8n 等流程编排工具；
6. 掌握大语言模型基础知识，会编写 Prompt 并能进行优化；
7. 具备良好的编码习惯、责任心强、沟通协作能力好。
