任职要求
硬性条件：

掌握JAVA,Physon等主流开发语言，具备系统开发经验（可提供项目案例）
至少掌握两种主流数据库，能独立设计20+表的复杂业务系统数据库
熟悉设计模式
软性素质：
能主导技术方案评审并推动落地
具备需求反推能力，可发现原型设计中不合理处并提出优化方案
技术文档撰写能力：产出过系统设计说明书/接口文档等标准化文档
优先录用条件
参与过智能客服/知识图谱等相关项目开发
有向量数据库或大模型调优经验优先
