岗位职责
1、负责偏差、投诉管理：
1）情况了解、内外部需求收集。
2）工作项管理：成立调查小组，制定调查计划、提供调查项目模板。
3）对调查结果进行质量初审（真实性、质量符合性）。
4）拉通内外部需求、质量决策意见，组织落实质量决策对应的质量任务。
5）汇总调查结果，组织确定问题根本原因。
6）结合根本原因，组织策划纠正措施、预防措施。
7）对纠正措施、预防措施的实施结果进行质量跟踪、检查、汇总。
8）负责初步撰写内部报告及对外说明。
2、负责辖区“现场监控”工作，包括但不限于：
1）负责产品生产全过程管理：生产计划及批指令审核，生产现场准确性核对及与质量管理体系文件一致性核查。现场巡检并有效识别偏差、异常、风险点，上报/跟踪/现场控制风险；
2）负责现场偏差、异常、风险点有效识别、上报，采取应急处理措施及时控制风险；
3）参与现场偏差、异常、风险点现场调查及生产调查；跟踪CAPA实施过程，确保有效；审核现场CAPA结果，确保及时、有效关闭；
4）负责现场中间体、半成品、成品取样、送检；N9单据录入/审核；
5）负责现场批记录发放、审核；
6）负责现场纯化水及沉降菌取样；
7）负责现场不合格品处理监督、跟踪、监销。
3、参与外部审计/质量体系认证的现场检查及接待。
4、参与投诉、药品不良反应、医疗器械不良事件的生产过程追溯及调查。
5、参与生产现场管理的CAPA措施制定及可行性评估。
6、负责生产现场准确性核对及与质量管理体系文件一致性核查，异常反馈及处理跟踪。
7、协助验证过程中的现场准备的支持与协调工作。
8、关注库存，参与备货及缺货协调。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历
2、医药、生物、化学相关专业
3、＞2年医药行业现场监管工作经验
4、身体健康，无不良嗜好，承压能力强。
