8、有两年以上的通讯组件开发经验，深入理解异常控制，效率平衡。
9、使用过quartz等定时任务框架，对分布式定时任务原理有深入理解。
10、有springcloud开发经验，持续使用sping框架两年以上；
11、熟练掌握常用的设计模式；
