岗位职责：
1、负责核心系统设计与开发、编码与优化，确保系统的稳定性、高性能和可维护性。
2、深度参与大语言模型（LLM）的集成、应用与调优，构建高效的提示工程、思维链、工具调用及Agent协作框架。
3、主导或参与系统架构的持续演进，解决高并发、分布式、低延迟等场景下的技术难题，提升平台整体技术水准。
4、与大模型工程师、产品经理、前端工程师紧密合作，确保技术方案与产品目标一致，高效推动项目落地。

任职要求：
1、研究生及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java后端开发经验，具备AI相关项目（特别是LLM应用、智能对话、RAG、Agent等）的实际开发经验优先；
2、有大型分布式、高并发系统的设计和开发经验，熟悉微服务架构；
3、精通Java，对JVM、多线程、并发编程、网络IO有深刻理解；
4、精通MySQL、Redis、消息队列（Kafka/RocketMQ）等，具备优秀的数据库设计与优化能力；熟悉Docker、K8s、CI/CD流程及常用运维监控工具
5、理解AI应用开发中的常见模式，如流式输出、异步处理、上下文管理、错误降级等；
6、具备较强的抗压能力，有强烈的求知欲和快速学习能力，能紧跟AI技术发展趋势。
