1、负责构建和维护面向医学检验领域的RAG（检索增强生成）知识库系统，参与文档索引构建、检索策略开发、RAG性能评估与架构优化
2、开发医学检验知识库的数据Pipeline，包括多源医疗数据的采集、清洗、结构化处理与向量化存储，确保数据质量与系统稳定性
3、基于LangChain、LlamaIndex等框架，优化检索模块与大语言模型（LLM）的集成，提升问答准确性
4、参与智能检索/问答系统开发，结合医学文献、检验报告等数据，为智慧医疗项目提供技术支持
5、探索大模型与Agent技术在医疗场景的应用，设计领域专用的Prompt工程工具链，提升LLM推理效果。

任职要求：
1、精通Python编程语言，具备良好的编码习惯和文档撰写能力；
2、熟悉PyTorch、LangChain、LlamaIndex等AI框架，有实际项目经验者优先；
3、熟悉RAG技术原理，有检索增强生成系统开发、优化或评估经验，了解向量数据库（如Chroma、Milvus）应用；
4、具备数据处理与工程能力，熟悉数据清洗、ETL流程，能熟练使用数据库（MySQL/MongoDB/Neo4j等）；
5、具有良好的团队合作精神，善于沟通，能够快速融入团队。
