6、参与制定开发规范和技术标准，编写相应的技术文档，并对通用技术进行整理，提高技术复用；
7、积极了解业界发展、相关新技术及趋势，促进技术进步和创新；
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机类相关专业，8年及以上相关工作经验
2、具备海量数据处理场景下的开发设计经验；
3、具备系统的抽象与封装的思维，通过软件设计平台化解决应用系统的开发效率与通用性问题
4. 有基于 JAVA 的中/大型软件架构经验，拥有3年以上作为系统架构师直接系统架构设计和实施的经验；
5. 分布式、高并发、高负载系统设计等实现操作经验具备良好的面向对象编程经验，深入理解 OOP、OOD思想，具有很强的分析设计能力，熟悉常用设计模式
6. 精通 javascript、jquery、extjs 脚本语言精通 spring、springMVC、springBoot、springCloud 等主流框架使用
7.熟悉Redis、Kafka、Mongodb、Hadoop、Spark、ElasticSearch等大数据技术；
8. 面向对象思想，熟悉设计模式和数据建模,能设计复杂的业务；
