1. 负责公司Android app软件的设计、开发、调试、上线和维护工作
2. 基于Android系统的开发工作、负责核心框架的搭建和高难度技术问题的解决
3. 基于Open WebRTC Toolkit的WebRTC应用开发
4. 基于Matter协议的智能产品对接

任职要求
1. 三年以上音视频流媒体领域工作经验，有实际的WebRTC项目经验
2. 熟练C/C++， RxJava，Java或Kotlin
3. 熟悉H.264、H.265、G.711等常见的音视频编解码技术
4. 熟悉STUN/TURN/ICE协议，能够解决网络穿透问题
5. 熟悉TCP/IP、UDP等网络协议，具备网络性能优化经验
6. 熟悉PeerConnection、MediaStream、DataChannel等核心组件
7. 熟悉WebRTC Native源码：音视频处理流程、码率自适应、jitterbuffer、NetEQ，并能定制、优化
8. 精通Android开发平台的框架原理，深入了解Android软件架构，熟练使用Android SDK，NDK, JNI等进行开发
9. 具有WebRTC开源框架应用研发经验者优先考虑，包括Kurento,Licode,Janus,MediaSoup,OWT等
10. 具备较强的问题解决能力和学习能力，能够快速定位和解决复杂技术问题，对新技术保持高度的热情和好奇心，主动跟进WebRTC领域的技术动态，并将其应用到实际项目中。
