岗位职责：
1. 负责新产品立项至试产阶段的品质管理，主导制定产品质量目标（QFD），确保设计输入与客户需求精准对齐；
2. 参与并审核项目各阶段的设计评审，并跟踪各阶段控制，完成项目质量目标；
3. 制定研发阶段的检验标准（SIP）及质量控制计划（Control Plan），确保设计标准能够准确传递至工厂端。
4. 优化公司研发质量体系，建立符合行业标准的设计开发流程。
5. 培养DQE团队的专业能力，提升团队在设计评审、可靠性分析及问题解决方面的技术水平
6. 以满足用户/客户需求为目标，以解决问题为导向
任职要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，理工科专业，有日企经验优先，必须有研发品质管理经验；
2. 具备扎实的研发品质管理（DQE）经验，熟悉产品设计开发流程（IPD或APQP），精通DFMEA、DFM、可靠性设计等研发端品质工具；
3. 熟悉日系企业的品质管理体系，有日企背景优先考虑；
4. 有过品质全流程管理经验优先，即管理过研发品质（DQE），也管理过工厂品质（PQE/SQE）者优先考虑；
5. 英语口语能做工作语言。
