职位描述：
1. 参与系统需求分析、架构设计和详细设计及相关文档编写；
2. 负责领域核心系统的架构设计、技术选型及关键模块开发，确保系统在高并发、复杂业务场景下的稳定性；
3. 参与系统级性能调优（JVM、SQL、缓存及数据结构），解决疑难杂症，通过持续重构保持系统的架构生命力。
4. 能独立设计模块，并带领初中级完成任务
任职要求：
1. 熟练掌握Java/Python/Go等至少一种后端开发语言，精通SpringBoot、SpringCloud等主流框架；
2. 熟悉PostgreSQL、Redis、MongoDB等数据库，具备扎实的数据库设计和优化能力；
3. 熟悉微服务架构、分布式系统，掌握消息队列、负载均衡等相关技术；
4. 熟悉RESTful API设计规范，具备接口开发和联调经验。
5. 深入理解网络编程与操作系统底层原理，熟练掌握Redis等缓存中间件的应用与优化，能结合AI技术解决性能瓶颈
6. 具备架构设计、技术攻坚能力，有大型平台后端开发经验及部署；
7. 具备高并发系统、大数据或IOT项目经验者优先，需有AI技术（如LLM、机器学习）在架构设计中落地的实践案例。
优先加分项：
1、具备全栈能力，熟悉 Vue.js 或其他现代前端框架。
2、熟悉 Python，有 OpenAI API 集成、RAG（检索增强生成）或本地模型（如 Ollama, vLLM）部署经验。
3、在有活跃开源项目或深度参与过开源社区建设。
