Key Responsibilities:
A. Talent Acquisition (60%)
1. Proactive Sourcing: Build deep talent pools of seniprofessionals (≈50% PhD-level) in North America, EU, APAC; proactively reach out to passive candidates.
2. CompetitMapping: Draw real-timeg-charts, product lines headcounts ftarget companies; identify “hire-ready” talent clusters.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule cross-time-zone interviews structured feedback after interview.
4. Data & Reporting: Maintain funnel metrics (pass-through %, time-to-submission, offer-accept ratio, etc.) publish weekly dashboard.
B. HRCOE (20%)
1. Talent Research: Conduct thorough research the software hardware development talent market, leverage market insights generate sourcing keywords leads.
2. Performance Metrics Planning: Design refine performance management methodologies.
C. HR Operations (20%)
1. On- to Off-boarding: Prepare offer packs, equipment requisitions, etc.; calculate final pay, PTO cash-out, etc. fexiting employees.
2. Compensation & Payroll: Run salary surveys using third-party data; build cost-of-labheat-maps fnew markets. Support monthly payroll calculations.
3. Culture Content Creation: Collectganise content fcorporate culture promotion, e.g., digital versions of culture handbooks, onboarding welcome videos.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree above; majors in HRM, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Business English, Foreign Languages related.
2. English: CET-6 ≥ 600, TEM-8, IELTS 7.0, BEC Higher; excellent English writing & reading, good listening & speaking.
3. Experience: > 3 months experience in overseas technical search headhunting roles is an asset.
4. Core Skills: Power-user of search engines, databases;
0-to-1 research capability: can start from scratch to untangle any unfamiliar domain -- be it a country’s hidden compliance rules, an industry’s niche protocol, cutting-edge HR/AI tech -- turn it a clear, actionable playbook.
5. Mindset: Self-driven with demonstrable high standards; track record of stretching yourself through competitions, internships other academic initiatives during university.
