二、主要工作职责
1 协助公司软、硬件工程师，快速响应并处理客户现场出现的各类技术问题，提供有效的解决方案。
2 深入理解并收集客户需求，转化为公司内部的技术需求文档，并能根据反馈进行修改与优化。
3 建立并维护客户问题追踪档案，确保每一个技术问题都能形成闭环处理，直至彻底解决，提升客户满意度。
4 主动收集市场竞争产品信息、行业技术动态及客户反馈，整理并定期向研发和产品部门汇报，为公司决策提供依据。
5 向客户清晰讲解产品技术特点、使用规范，必要时为客户提供基础的技术培训。
三、任职要求
1 基本条件： 40岁以下，大专及以上学历。
2 专业背景：电子、机械、自动化及相关工科专业背景。
3 核心技能：能熟练使用AutoCAD等软件独立编制和修改二维图纸
4 具备扎实的电子技术基础，能协助分析基本的软硬件问题。
5 具备出色的沟通协调能力及客户服务意识。
6 工作独立性强，能够自主规划工作并高效完成。
7 能够承受一定的工作压力，适应快节奏、多任务的工作环境。
8 可适应经常性短期出差（主要服务于客户现场）。
优先考虑：
1 拥有通机行业（如通用发动机、发电机、水泵、农机等）相关工作经验者优先。
2 持有有效驾照并能熟练驾驶者优先。
