【岗位职责】
1、完成基于uniapp的后端服务开发，完成业务模块的编码、调试及自测；
2、确保移动应用程序与后端系统高效地交互，保证APP在Android及苹果系列手机流畅稳定运行；
3、根据产品功能模块设计,编码实现各模块功能,并确保开发质量与进度；
4、与产品经理和设计团队合作，理解产品需求，并提出技术实现方案，负责功能完善及逻辑的优化；
5、参与需求讨论、对技术文档的整理。
【任职要求】
1、25-26届，一本及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信等相关专业；
2、熟练掌握Java编程语言，理解面向对象设计，熟悉常用集合框架、异常处理、IO等基础语法；
3、了解Spring Boot框架，能够使用Spring Boot快速搭建RESTful API服务；
4、精通MySQL、Mongodb、Redis等；
5、有良好的沟通能力，组织协调能力和承压能力，有项目管理经验优先；
6、精通Java 8+语法、多线程并发编程、JVM原理及调优（GC机制、内存模型）；
7、熟练掌握Spring生态（Spring/SpringMVC/SpringBoot/SpringCloud），了解微服务架构（Dubbo、ServiceMesh）；
8、掌握RESTful API设计、RPC框架（如gRPC）及分布式事务处理；
9、精通MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库设计、索引优化及SQL调优，熟悉Redis缓存策略与集群部署；
10、熟练使用Git/SVN进行版本控制，掌握Maven/Gradle构建工具；
11、熟悉Linux系统运维（Shell脚本、日志分析、性能监控），了解基础网络协议（HTTP/TCP/IP）；
12、有云原生开发经验（阿里云/AWS/GCP）优先。
