4、熟悉分布式系统基础设施中常用的技术，如缓存（Redis等）、消息中间件（Rabbit MQ、Kafka）、搜索引擎（Elastic Search）、Docker、Kubernetes；
5、具备制造业相关系统整合设计经验；理解制造业的核心业务流程（如生产计划排程、工单管理、物料管理、质量管理、设备管理、仓储物流等）；
6、具备良好的学习能力和业务沟通能力，有团队合作精神，较强的责任感及进取精神。
