职责描述：
1、全流程项目主导：独立负责中小型项目或大型项目核心模块，主导需求评审、技术方案设计、任务拆解、代码实现、测试跟进及上线部署，对交付质量和进度负责。
2、架构设计与攻坚：根据业务场景（如高并发API、AI模型服务集成、复杂业务工作流等）进行技术选型与系统设计，解决关键性技术难题（如性能优化、数据一致性、系统稳定性等）。
3、跨团队协同：作为项目PM，与客户对接需求，同时与产品、算法、测试及运维团队高效协作，主动识别并推动解决项目中的依赖与风险。
4、质量与规范建设：负责核心代码的Review，参与制定团队开发规范、测试规范及CI/CD流程，持续提升代码质量和交付效率。
5、技术沉淀与赋能：对通用问题能抽象为可复用的组件或服务，并通过文档、分享等方式赋能团队。
任职要求：
1、基础扎实：统招本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，Java基础扎实，熟悉JVM原理、多线程并发及常用设计模式。
2、架构能力：精通主流开发框架，熟悉微服务架构及常用中间件，能根据业务特点做出合理的技术选型。
3、全链路把控：具备独立主导项目的实战经验，熟悉从需求分析、技术方案、开发测试到上线运维的全流程，有较强的进度管理和风险识别能力。
4、工程思维：对代码质量有追求，具备良好的面向对象思维和抽象能力，有驱动团队进行代码重构或技术优化的实际案例。
5、软性素质：具备优秀的沟通协调能力和推动力，能用技术语言和非技术人员清晰沟通，对项目结果负责，有owner意识。
