2、熟练掌握RAG主流流程（如解析、切片、召回、生成等），有LLM微调部署、Agent架构设计、多模态融合开发实际经验者优先。
3、精通PyTorch、TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架，具备扎实的Python编程功底，能够独立实现高并发服务开发者优先。
4、具有较强的责任心和问题解决能力，良好的团队沟通及跨部门协作能力。
