1.承担系统核心功能代码编写，项目架构设计研发；
2.负责设计和搭建软件系统架构（平台、数据库、接口等），解决开发中各种系统架构问题；
3.持续优化现有系统的性能，解决软件系统平台关键技术问题攻关、核心功能模块设计；
4.营造技术学习氛围，不断完善开发方法及流程，提升开发效率与质量；
5.目标导向，具备良好的需求分析能力和设计能力，善于主动推动项目进展并*终落地
岗位要求：
1.5年以上JAVA开发经验，掌握面向对象软件分析、设计方法，熟悉前后端分离的开发模式；
2.对主流框架有深入理解（SpringBoot、SpringMVC、SpringData、SpringCloud）等；
3.对框架本身有过开发或重构者优先考虑，独立负责过项目从无到有的实现交付；
4.熟练使用MySQL、Redis、Elasticsearch数据库开发，有较好的数据建模设计能力；
5.熟悉并使用过常见的消息队列工具,如RabbitMQ,Kafka等,
6.责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，乐于帮助同事；
7. 具备良好的代码编写习惯，熟悉Maven、Git等发布管理工具；熟悉常用数据结构和算法；
