【岗位职责】
1.系统设计与开发：负责公司核心业务平台的后端服务设计、开发与维护，确保系统高可用、高扩展。
2.需求落地：参与产品需求评审，与产品、前端紧密协作，能准确将业务需求转化为技术方案并实现。
3.代码质量：编写高质量、可读性强、边界清晰的代码，持续推动单元测试、代码Review，保障线上运行稳定。
4.性能优化：针对现有系统架构进行性能分析，完成慢接口优化、SQL调优、缓存策略设计等。
5.技术攻关：解决开发过程中的复杂技术问题，参与系统架构升级及技术选型讨论。
6.文档沉淀：输出技术方案、接口文档及系统运维手册，促进团队知识传承。

【任职要求】
1，全日制本科及以上，电子、计算机、通信、自动化等计算机学科相关专业。
2，Java基础扎实，精通Java核心，深入理解JVM原理（内存模型、类加载、GC调优），熟悉常用设计模式。
3，熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud全家桶，Mybatis等，对微服务治理有实战经验。
4，精通关系型数据库，如：MySQL/PostgreSQL/Kingbase/DM/GBase，掌握分库分表、索引优化、慢查询分析；熟悉NoSQL，如：Redis、MongoDB，理解常见使用场景与数据淘汰策略。
5，有消息队列（Kafka/RocketMQ/RabbitMQ）和搜索引擎（Elasticsearch）的实际使用经验，了解其可靠性与幂等设计。
6，熟练使用Linux常用命令，具备线上排错能力；熟练使用docker/k8s至少一种。

【加分项】
1，有数据中台开发经验，熟悉数据采集/数据治理/数据建模/服务接口设计。
2，有开源组件二次开发经验，或向知名开源项目贡献过源码。
3，有大数据组件（如Hadoop/Spark/Flink）使用或海量数据处理经验。
4，熟悉doris，有实战及调优经验。
