3.制定并维护产品设计规范（Design System），统一多端设计语言，推动组件化开发落地，探索前沿设计趋势，结合业务需求优化设计方法论（如暗黑模式适配、无障碍设计）。
4.设计交互动效原型（如页面转场、数据可视化动效），使用AE/Principle/Lottie等工具实现动态效果。
5.（加分项）完成3D建模与渲染（如数字孪生场景界面元素、品牌IP形象），支持Blender/C4D/Three.js等工具的基础开发。
6.协同产品、开发团队，参与需求评审并提供专业设计建议，确保设计落地还原度。
任职要求：
1.熟悉Sketch/Figma/Adobe系列（PS/AI/XD），熟练使用AE/Principle等动效工具。
2.扎实的视觉设计基础（排版/色彩/构图），熟悉格式塔原理、尼尔森十大可用性原则。
