The Maintenance Engineer is responsible fsupervising a team of engineers technicians to facilitate the recycling treatment operations of the WEEETRF in compliance with all the government, statutory company requirements
(A) Job Descriptions:
1. Manage a team of engineers technicians to maintain the WEEE (waste electrical electronic equipment) Recycling & Treatment plant which comprises of 4 treatment lines: (1) refrigeratline; (2) air conditioner refrigeratline; (3) e-scrap line (4) TV computer screen line
2. Formulate preventive maintenance program fmaintaining equipment reliability efficiently in compliance with statutory, contractual company requirements
3. Plan,ganize execute team deployment to perform preventive maintenance, repairs upgrading works fthe plant machinery plant facility with the target of plant efficiency optimization.
4. Forecast, minimize, monitor, troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure the equipment robustness in meeting the production schedule, targets quality requirements.
5. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth plant operations with regards downtime, manpower planning scheduled maintenance works.
6. Manage liaise suppliers subcontractors ffull support of maintenance programme
7. Guide, develop nurture maintenance staff knowledge competence in plant maintenance
8. Educate plant operators with knowledge on plant equipment understanding on common faults preventive measures
9. In charge of maintenance track record of plant build archive of equipment maintenance trace
10. Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Plant Manager.
11. Shift work to fit maintenance cycles might be required per need basis
(B) Job Requirements:
1. At least holder of Diploma in engineering discipline equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant operation experience with at least 2 years at supervislevel in process manufacturing industry, heavy industry waste recycling industry
3. Knowledge on Process Control System/Programmable Control Logic general equipment maintenance is a plus
4. Strong leadership, people management communication skills
5. Candidates able to lead hands-on maintenance would be an advantage
6. Electrician competence is preferrable
