岗位职责：
1.参与敏捷开发，理解业务需求，参与需求评审与技术方案设计；
2.负责后端为主的全栈开发工作，包括系统设计、功能开发与接口实现；
3.编写高质量代码，完成调试、测试、发布及持续优化；
4.参与云端系统与嵌入式/终端设备的联调与问题排查；
5.参与系统运维、问题定位与性能优化，保障系统稳定性；
6.关注系统的可扩展性、可维护性与工程规范建设；
7.在开发全过程中使用 AI 工具（如 ClaudeCode、ChatGPT 等）提升效率与质量（Vibe Coding）；
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3–5年开发经验（必须）；
2.熟练掌握 Python / Go / Node.js/ Java 至少一种后端语言 ( 目前主要是用 Python+Go)；
3.熟悉主流Web框架（Django / Flask / Spring Boot 等）；
4.具备基础前端能力（React / Vue / JS），可完成简单全栈开发；
5.熟练使用 MySQL、Redis，了解常见消息队列；
6.具备良好的编码习惯、逻辑能力与责任心；
加分项：
1.有物联网云平台开发经验；
2.有 AI 辅助开发或研发提效实践经验；
3.有阿里云/运维发布平台等开发经验；
