职责描述：
1. 负责IP和SOC的DFT架构规划、供电方案、管脚复用、时钟复位；
2.负责MBIST、SCAN、ATPG、boundary scan、IP test的设计实现，仿真验证、pattern生成以及量产支持；
3.负责车规DFT的标准制定，以及相关lbist，on-line bist等相关设计的实现；
4.参与前端时钟树和复位树的设计，参与测试模式的SDC开发，协助STA工程师完成测试模式的时序收敛，协助PR完成测试模式的ir-drop分析工作；
5.制定不同产品线DFT设计需求，搭建新的DFT流程。
任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，微电子、电子信息等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉Verilog、DFT理论和方法、IEEE1149、IEEE1500、IEEE1687等协议，熟悉综合、STA等ASIC实现流程；
3. 熟练使用mentor和synopsys的DFT EDA工具，可独立搭建相关流程；
4. 能够熟练使用脚本语言进行常用工具开发工作；
5. 有lbist、on-line test等车规DFT设计经验者优先。
