岗位职责:
1、负责玩吧平台的服务端技术建设工作，负责一个或多个子领域的服务器端业务研发工作；
2、对负责业务领域进行流程梳理、技术方案设计，重点需求攻坚；
3、分析解决各类技术问题，保障系统服务质量、稳定性，从工具、系统上提升团队开发效率，对重点及有难度的技术专题进行攻坚；
4、根据业务实际需求，调研行业常见解决方案，为团队引入合适的新技术和新方案。

任职要求:
1、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，有扎实的编程能力和良好的代码风格，对计算机的运行机制和基础原理有好的理解。
2、熟练掌握业界常见服务端技术，能够结合业务做出合理的技术选型；
3、遇到复杂问题能够克服困难深入去分析，并争取给出高质量的产出。
4、不设技术边界，不受限特定编程语言和技术，技术思想开放和技术悟性好，问题导向。
5、常常了解和学习行业技术动向，对自己熟悉的领域的行业发展和常见技术方案有自己见解；
6、自驱好，有自己的学习方法，会时常研究感兴趣技术，并有自己的见解。
